Logon user name: Your full Fastmail username, including the domain.You can Pin Mail to your Start menu, Task bar, or add an icon to your desktop through dragging-and-dropping, or the Right-click menu, as with every other program in Windows. But, it will be listed in your Start menu under M, for Mail. The screen should look similar to the image below: Reinstalling Windows mail will not re-create the Mail icon in the Start Tiles, nor on the Taskbar. Display name for your sent messages: The name people will see on the email you send.If you do not see these in the main ribbon bar. Password: Your Windows Live app password. Note: Several versions of Outlook do not support the options to Schedule a Meeting or Start Instant Meeting.Email Address: The email address you wish to use for sending mail (this is normally your Fastmail username, but can be an alias or another address at your own domain).If it does not, click the File button in the top left of the window, then Options → Email accounts… to open the Accounts window. The "Add your email accounts" dialog will appear. If you use your normal password or your Fastmail two step verification password on an external account, syncing to an external service won't work and you will see a password error. Windows Live Mail needs its own app password to access your information. You can download it for free from the Microsoft website. Windows Live Mail is an email client for Windows 7 or 8.
